## Issuance Flow

Anyone may propose a tokenization by paying a nominal backbone fee.

Proposal enters a Community Token Offering (CTO) vote—up‑ or down‑quorum required.

Project owner override—maintainers can green‑light issuance instantly.

Once approved, bonding‑curve trading and liquidity lock begin block‑synchronously.

## Leaderboard Mechanics

MC Pillar – ranks projects by all‑time and time‑boxed peak market caps.

(In the case of GitHub) Influence Pillar – ranks by star delta, fork delta, trending status.
